Q:MOQ and delivery time ?
A: NO MOQ required, sample testing welcome.
Usually 2-5 days for samples, 7-15 days for bulk order.
Q: Warranty and lifetime maintenance
A: 3-5 years warranty, once find defective products, we will ship
out new ones immediately to
meet your project installation, HKV bear the products and shipping
cost. Then we will discuss the reason caused and find out the
solution to avoid the same problem in future.
Q: Can you provide IES file or make lighting simulation?
A: Yes, we can. Professional Lighting solution, dialux simulation
available.
Q: OEM or label privated ?
A: Yes.
5. Quality Control
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to
test its quality reliability , and we will also test its
temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.
Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it
still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures
before shipping to customer.
